Work within the Alfa Vita method draws on the right-brain attachment neuroscience of Allan Schore, the systemic perspective of Bert Hellinger, and the analytical psychology of Carl Jung. Before describing the structure of a session, it's worth explaining why it consists of several stages rather than a single meeting — and what each stage gives the client.
Why one session is several steps, not one meeting
A client's expectation is often: "come in, lie down, go into trance — and get a result." But deep work with the psyche doesn't work that way. Preverbal experience is experience stored in the body and in the right hemisphere of the brain long before words appear (Schore, 2003). In plain terms: it's what you feel as tension in the body, a familiar fear, or a block — before you're even able to put it into words. That's precisely why this kind of experience doesn't open on command. It needs preparation: a precise understanding of the request, safety, and an established connection with the specialist. That's why an Alfa Vita session is a sequence of stages, each one preparing the ground for the next.
Pre-session: diagnosing the request
The first stage is the pre-session. This is a meeting where the client's request is diagnosed: what exactly brought the person to the session, in which area of life a stagnation or recurring pattern is felt, and which aspects of the request matter.
In plain terms: before working with the deep layer of the psyche, it's important to understand exactly what needs to be worked with. The pre-session is like talking to a navigator before a trip — without it, you can drive right past the destination even while heading in the right direction. Here, a working hypothesis about the topic is formed, and the client's expectations for the outcome are defined.
Coaching session or hypnopractice — the specialist's choice
The next stage is individual work, and the specialist chooses the format — either a coaching session or a hypnopractice — based on the client's state and request.
A coaching session fits when the request calls primarily for conscious work: structuring a goal, breaking down a specific situation, translating emotional experience into concrete steps. Hypnopractice — an alpha state, regression — is used when the work needs to reach a deeper, preverbal level that conversation and analysis simply can't access.
Choosing the format isn't a formality — it's part of the professional assessment: different states of the psyche require different tools, and reaching for the deep layer where conscious work would suffice is just as ineffective as trying to talk your way into something that was never recorded in words to begin with.
Before choosing the format and building the individual work, the specialist conducts a deep analysis of the material gathered — what came up during the meeting, and what the client reflected in the completed intake questionnaire. This analysis makes it possible to see not isolated complaints or situations, but the deeper psychic processes behind them: recurring response patterns, early decisions, and likely blocking patterns that keep a person stuck in the same place for years despite a conscious wish to change.
That's exactly why individual hypnopractice isn't a generic "recorded" meditation, but a unique opportunity to reconcile with your own inner world and body: it's built around a specific person, based on precisely what's blocked in them and at which level — thoughts, body, or a deeper layer of the psyche. Work assembled this precisely reaches places a generic practice simply can't.
The empathic reading session
A separate stage of the session is empathic reading. This is the work of the empath-facilitator, who reads the images, symbols, and sensations that arise during the process and helps the client recognize their meaning.
An important clarification: the symbols and images that appear during empathic reading are the language of depth psychology and the client's subjective inner experience — not objectively established facts. This kind of experience is valuable precisely because it speaks in a language accessible to the client's psyche in that moment, not because it claims to be objective truth.
Additional hypnotherapeutic practice with the empath — subject to completed recommendations
There's one more element of the structure that deserves separate explanation. If the client conscientiously and precisely followed the recommendations given between stages of the work — practices, observations, tasks assigned by the specialist — this creates the conditions for an additional hypnotherapeutic practice with the empath within that same session.
This isn't a "checkbox" bonus — it's a logical consequence of the method itself: the more precisely the intermediate recommendations were followed, the more prepared the client's psyche turns out to be for deeper immersion. The possibility of an additional practice arises precisely because the client's own preparatory work has already made the next step accessible — much the way reconnaissance ahead of the main session in longer programs prepares the ground for a deeper encounter with the contract.
What is ultimately included in the session price
To summarize: the price of an Alfa Vita session includes the pre-session with request diagnosis, deep analysis of the gathered material, individual work in the format of either a coaching session or hypnopractice (the format is determined by the specialist), the empathic reading session, and, subject to conscientious completion of the recommendations between stages, an additional hypnotherapeutic practice with the empath.
This structure isn't built to add complexity — it exists because deep transformation requires sequence: diagnosis → analysis → work → reading → integration. Skipping any of the stages reduces the precision and depth of the result.
Refund policy
Transparency in financial matters is as much a part of a professional approach as transparency in the method itself. That's why the refund terms are clear and depend on whether the work has already begun.
Refund requests are accepted within 30 days of the date of payment for the session. For clients from European Union countries, this period meets and exceeds the 14-day right of withdrawal from a remotely concluded service contract established under EU law.
If a client paid for a session and, for any reason, decides against it before the work has begun, the full payment is refunded, minus the commission withheld by the payment service during the transfer of funds. This commission is charged by the bank or payment system, not by Alfa Vita, and is therefore not included in the refund amount.
If the work has already begun — the pre-session took place, meetings were held, or any stage of the session was completed — the refund is calculated not as a full cancellation of payment, but as a recalculation based on the work actually performed, according to the current pricing published on the website. In other words, the stages already completed are paid for, and the difference is refunded to the client.
This approach reflects the very logic of the method: each stage is a distinct, self-contained unit of value (diagnosis, analysis, individual work, reading) rather than a single indivisible block — which is why both payment and refunds are structured sequentially, stage by stage.
