I was born a deeply sensitive child, in Crimea, Ukraine. I was drawing, it seems, before I even learned to speak. I was lively, curious, fascinated by literally everything around me — people, animals, plants. Psychology was something I felt intuitively, long before I even knew the word for it.
I remember myself at ten or twelve years old, inventing psychological exercises for myself — training willpower, for instance: promising myself I wouldn't eat a piece of candy for a certain stretch of time, and keeping that promise. Even as a child, I carried a sharp sense of responsibility for my own actions toward others. At nineteen, already studying psychology at a teacher-training university, I attended a medical school graduation and heard the Hippocratic Oath for the first time. It left a real impression on me. "Do no harm" resonated so deeply that it remains my personal compass in working with people to this day — a sense of responsibility for the consequences of every word and every action.
From childhood, I could see the hidden meaning in ordinary things. I was sensitive to the states of people, animals, the living world around me. I still experience the world as a cradle for all living things — that feeling hasn't changed over the years; it's only deepened.
Education and the path into this work
I graduated from an art university, and later continued my studies — earning a degree in education, studying psychology and philosophy. My sensitivity to hidden connections and meanings followed me into everything I did.
About 20 years ago, I became drawn to systemic family constellations, body-oriented psychological practices, and coaching. Since then, I've completed many courses in the psychology of success, coaching, relationship psychology, and regression hypnotherapy. I'm currently working toward confirming my psychology credential.
How I discovered the method of empathic reading
I first truly understood what my empathic gift meant when I underwent a hypnotic susceptibility assessment with a well-known practicing hypnotherapist. He offered me the chance to work alongside him, but I turned it down — at the time, I didn't yet see myself in that role.
Then something happened that Carl Jung would probably have called synchronicity. An acquaintance reached out to me for help — someone who knew nothing about this method and had no idea about my background. Together, we managed to help her daughter through a difficult period in her life. That moment became a turning point for me — the point where my conscious path as an empathic reading practitioner began.
My mission
Every soul has its own alfa path — the truest, best route through life it chose even before being born into a body. Not the path dictated by circumstance or other people's expectations, but the one recognized from within — quietly, unmistakably, like your own breath.
But contracts stand in the way of that path. Ancestral programs, inherited before we were even born. Imposed patterns of thinking that we mistook for our own thoughts, simply because we heard them from childhood. They hold a person in place — not by force, but by habit — leading them down someone else's road, toward someone else's goals, as if it were their own choice all along.
My mission is to bring as many people as possible back to the knowledge of their own remarkable nature. To the fact that the mechanism of self-healing lives inside every person — not somewhere outside, not in anyone else's hands, but in that deepest layer where the soul speaks. To help people recognize the contract holding them off their true path. To release what has already served its purpose. And to return — at last — to the alfa path the soul has wanted to walk all along.
The oath "do no harm," which struck me so many years ago, remains the foundation of my approach today: I bring a sense of responsibility to every piece of work, for the impact it will have on the person in front of me.
Alfa Vita is built on a combination of deep clinical experience, a scientific understanding of neuroscience and psychology, and the practice of empathic reading — a method developed through years of work with subconscious contracts and ancestral memory.
