Work within the Alfa Vita method draws on the principles of Allan Schore's right-brain neurobiology of attachment, Bert Hellinger's systemic family perspective, and Carl Jung's analytical psychology. Before describing the session structure, it's worth explaining why it consists of several stages rather than a single meeting — and what each one gives the client.
Why one session is several steps, not one meeting
The expectation clients often bring is: "come in, lie down, go into trance — and get a result." But deep work with the psyche functions differently. The preverbal experience Schore describes — the kind stored in the body and in the right hemisphere long before words exist — doesn't open on cue. It needs preparation: a precise understanding of the request, safety, an established connection with the practitioner. That's why an Alfa Vita session is a sequence of stages, each one preparing the ground for the next.
Pre-session: diagnosing the request
The first stage is the pre-session. This is a meeting where the client's request is diagnosed: what exactly brought the person to the session, in which area of life a stagnation or recurring pattern is felt, which aspects of the request matter.
In simple terms: before working with the deep layer of the psyche, it's important to understand exactly what you're working with. The pre-session is like a conversation with a navigator before a journey — without it, you can drive right past your destination, even while moving in the right direction. This is where a hypothesis about the theme of the main work takes shape, and the client's expectations for the outcome are clarified.
Coaching session or hypno-practice — the practitioner's choice
The next stage is individual work, and its format is chosen by the practitioner based on the client's state and request: either a coaching session or a hypno-practice.
A coaching session fits when the request calls primarily for conscious work: structuring a goal, analyzing a specific situation, translating emotional experience into clear steps. Hypno-practice — the alpha state, regression — is used when the work needs to reach a deeper, preverbal level that conversation and analysis can't access.
Choosing the format isn't a formality — it's part of the professional assessment. Different states of the psyche call for different tools, and reaching for the deep layer where conscious work would suffice is just as ineffective as trying to use conversation to reach something that was never recorded in words.
Empathic reading session
A separate stage of the session is empathic reading. This is the work of an empathic facilitator, who picks up on the images, symbols, and sensations that arise during the process and helps the client recognize their meaning.
An important clarification: the symbols and images that emerge during empathic reading are the language of depth psychology and the client's subjective inner experience — not objectively established facts. This kind of experience is valuable precisely because it speaks in a language the client's psyche can access in the moment, not because it claims to be objective truth.
An additional hypnotherapeutic practice with the empath — when recommendations have been followed
There's one more element of the structure worth explaining separately. If the client has conscientiously and precisely followed the recommendations given between stages of the work — practices, observations, tasks assigned by the practitioner — this creates the conditions for an additional hypnotherapeutic practice with the empath within the same session.
This isn't a token bonus but a logical consequence of the method itself: the more precisely the intermediate recommendations are carried out, the more prepared the client's psyche becomes for a deeper level of work. The opportunity for an additional practice arises precisely because the client's own preparatory work has already made the next step accessible — much the way the exploratory phase before a core session in longer programs lays the ground for a deeper encounter with the contract.
What the session fee ultimately includes
To summarize: the cost of an Alfa Vita session includes the pre-session with request diagnostics, individual work in the format of either a coaching session or a hypno-practice (the practitioner determines the format), an empathic reading session, and — when recommendations between stages have been conscientiously followed — an additional hypnotherapeutic practice with the empath.
This structure isn't built for the sake of complexity — it exists because deep transformation requires sequence: diagnosis → work → reading → integration. Skipping any stage reduces the precision and depth of the result.
